DAY DELEGATES PACKAGE

Saints Event Management offers you an all inclusive Day Delegate package to assist with the budgeting and organising of your event.

  • £45.00 per person (inclusive of VAT at 17.5%)
  • Minimum of 10 delegates - Maximum of 450 delegates

Your day delegate rate will include the following per person:

  • Reception and registration area
  • Exclusive entrance for 100 delegates or more
  • Room hire of one of our meeting rooms (Allocated based on your numbers & layout requirements)
  • Tea, freshly ground coffee and freshly baked sweet and savoury pastries on arrival
  • Tea, freshly ground coffee and biscuits served mid morning and afternoon tea with flapjacks and chocolate brownies, at times specified by you
  • Buffet Lunch served with fruit juice and mineral water, please choose your preferred menu option
  • 60” plasma screen (available in specified rooms only), 2 flipchart stands, pads & pens are also provided in the main meeting room
  • Delegate stationery and additional stationery supplies
  • Refreshment point and Saints “energy bar” located in the main meeting room
  • Fresh fruit available throughout the day
  • Complimentary on-site parking for up to 200 cars (subject to availability)
  • Dedicated conference Manager available throughout the day
  • Refreshment breaks & lunch are served in your meeting room, alternatively you may wish to consider the 3rd floor John Corbett lounge (subject to availability)

We also have 47 syndicate rooms seating 10 in each and overlooking the pitch, which are just £100.00 for a full day for all Day Delegate bookings

To maximise the impact of your conference, we can provide a comprehensive range of audio visual equipment as required.

Your function Manager will gladly assist with any faxing or photocopy requirements.

If you would like to arrange wine with your lunch you will find details of the wines available enclosed. For a small fee, tours of the stadium can also be arranged for your delegates: please advise at the time of booking or at least 14 days prior to your event.
